Case: Create a tool box for dysfunctional teams

This project was a Hackathon to create a digital toolbox for dysfunctional teams but also remote teams to get closer together, My role in this project was as a project manager and to facilitate teams to see that they delivered on time got the right tools and to answer questions. Also to be flexible where we after interviewing the client got new guidelines that were not in the brief. This was important information we had to share with the teams, It was hard to go to them and say ”we have new values you have to think of” but it’s was also important practice to know that anything can happen and also to deliver that message in a good way.
